Set limit to a monitoring item, watch its bar chart, then get its alert, and if needed, you can also get its notification without app foreground running.
You can customize an additional item by setting icon shape, time span, and unit text.

Rotate the screen to change width as you like.
Zoom is also supported with fine definition.
Screen reader can be enabled with the VoiceOver facility of your device, so you can listen to each content by touching them with the human voice, moreover also hear the updated data automatically in its timing, including the above alert/notification contents.
